The Career mode, which had been featured in many of the previous installments in the series, is not seen to make an appearance in this game. This means that the players do not assume a role and are no longer seeking to achieve virtual goals. However, the players can still assume the role of a real world race car driver but this is limited to one season only and the driver’s reputation and career cannot be hoarded. The Quick race mode featured in the game gives one the freedom to assume the role of any F1 driver and race around in any of the featured tracks. The Championship Season provides the most thrilling game play. In this mode, the player can be any F1 driver from the 2014 season and drive through full seasons in addition to the practice sessions. The Pro Seasons mode features almost realistic tracks in terms of length with a weekend full of racing competition inclusive of practice and qualifying sessions. This mode proves to be more challenging than others because there are no driving assists for the player.
The game features varying weather conditions and excellent graphics which amalgamate to give way to extremely delightful visuals.
